Its sliding polymer fully framed windows are made especially for us using a Japanese calendaring process. Details
With this high-quality all-season gazebo, you can create a new patio room complete with protection from bugs, sun, wind, and rain. These DIY screened enclosure kits have a 6" Overhang built into every unit, preventing rain from washing down the screen face. Also, part of the overhang is our aesthetically pleasing double valence, where the second valence is white and is part of our unique roof attach system. The valences can be in the scalloped (wave) format as shown or straight—your choice.
Useful Information
Designed to stay up all year round the Carousel is built on an extruded aluminum frame. The aluminum is coated with baked-on enamel paint (white or beige) that will neither rust nor peel. The 22-ounce vinyl canvas has a lifespan of 15 to 18 years and remains installed year round. The roof structure is made of 1.5" square extruded aluminum with a baked on enamel finish.
The Carousel garden gazebo kit has a cover that will last up to 15 (or more) years in normal conditions. This is accompished using a a special cold crack resistant compound that is added to the vinyl so that the top can withstand temperatures as low as -50°F. This garden gazebo kit has a Super Vent system built into the roof, allowing for the escape of wind and humidity.
These patio enclosures are made to last with 1/8" thick Extruded Aluminum. It is also flame retardant (NFPA 701), UV resistant to prevent yellowing, tear and abrasive resistant and we have incorporated an "anti-wicking" agent to prevent mold and mildew. Its vinyl panels are heat-sealed together to make the canvas that much more efficient.
The Flash System, our patented non-lacing fastening system, allows you to apply the optimal canvas tension to the frame. The polymer windows can be easily removed to facilitate maintenance. We recommend cleaning them with a mild, non-abrasive soap diluted in a large quantity of water.
Our Carrousel gazebo kits come with Sliding Polymer Windows. Fully framed, the polymer is made especially for us with a Japanese calendaring process. Installation
The drawing on the left shows some of the measurements and details you may need to ensure you have the space necessary to install the Carousel on your deck or patio. The room should be screwed to a deck or patio for maximum strength in summer storms.
